Well... it pretty much comes down to putting the target in the middle of your screen. However, the rockets have different curves, so it becomes a tad more difficult as the distance to the target gets bigger. Everyone should just play around with them more often to get a feeling for that. I suggest playing Tony's oldschool AT Training mission ;-)
