How to put intro to start and stop ??
How to put people to sit or salute or to do something ??
And i could need some help with the OFP camera

You cant do "real" intros in MP you need to do cutscenes as intros - that means mission starts when cutscene starts - ie realtime. So you couldn't do it if fighting starts straight away where players start because they would just get killed.
For the moves I think its domove or switchmove etc, just do a search in the OFPEC forums and also download the comref from there - a list of all the commands.
How i get text in the objects i mean the plan- briefing ???
The briefing is a VERY simple html-document but you need to use/ follow a template (
here or google ofp briefing template)
