Yeah it took a dozen tries to get a decent angle, and a good enough LOD displayed for the chopper

Could you tell me what addons do you use?

Sure. I have:
-WGL island texture replacement pack
-Ryan's model config for WGL (see model config in @wgl5/bin/)
-Replaced the detail_dx.paa in data.pbo with a higher res noise pattern for the land multitexture
-Sky is Modul sky
-Smoke and fire textures nicked from SLX mod and put to regular data.pbo

Video card (ati 4850) settings:
-Anti-Aliasing: 8x edge-detect (samples 24x)
-Anisotropic Filtering: 16x
-Mipmap Detail: High quality
-Enable Adaptive Anti-Alias: High quality

Funny thing about the Rifles of the IRA mission; we liberated the major, got him to the EZ, called rescue chopper and when we all died the chopper was hoovering over the major just waiting for pick-up command

Nice caps indeed. Quite many of you seems to own a HD resolution screen these times and no wonder, they are becoming relatively cheap.
