Full Version: Removing vehicle explosions - WGL?

Anyone know how to remove the vehicle explosion effect in WGL? I want to place two destroyed BMP's (this setdammage 1) but I don't want them to be exploding at the start of the mission - just black and knocked out. ???
Can you use a BIS BMP instead?
For one I can, the other is a BMP-3.... I've set dammage to 0.9 and locked the empty vehicle - best I can do for now... It's for Rye times Pt 2 so same vehicles need to be present for continuaty... Smile
Just tried a BIS vehicle - blows up with same effects....  :-[
What if you use the wrecks? They should be damaged at start.

Only one I could find was MTLB wreck - are there others? ie BMP etc
Guess not, if you want to use WGL wrecks. I think it's only BIS wrecks (jeep, M113 etc) available.
Yeah couldnt find any bmp's...
Could be dangerous if the mission start among those wrecks Smile
