I updated co12_strong_and_strike_1_4.takistan

changelog:

- Fixed end 3 when you kill too much civilians
- Changed the intro title "for CIA" to "for CiA"

New version sent to OL mail box, thanks to upload this new version on the server and to delete the old one.

NB: If you notice strange mission behaviour when you load it for the first time please reload it to be sure all problems due to first load are gone.

The warlord bug was fixed in the previous version. Don't worry his body will not disapear anymore ;D
