After installing make sure to set the following under Settings > Options > Design:
Style = Windows
Theme = Arma 3
Icon Pack = Steam

Ok, finally packed the most updated and fixed version of this theme. For some reason the Teamspeak plugin page is down for ages.
Whoever uses this theme right now and for him it doesn't show like the picture in the first post when he clicks "Comrades in Arms" channel, use the attached version and you'll have a nice clean and dark Arma 3 theme for Teamspeak.

If you want to have server banner do this

Then on Line 11 there is a part where you can turn on the server banner by commenting that section out. Simply add /* in front of MainWindow Banner to enable the server banner.

After the latest TS update you have to select "Windows" as the Style (Design tab).
