Situation - We have a 'Rogue' UN Officer talking way too much to the locals.
The Americans have asked for our help in taking this guy out as we have more experience with this area of operations!
The guy is assumed kidnapped by local militia,so taking the guy out won't have far reaching complications.

Bollocks,forgot to adjust time/date for time of day settings eg =full moon
Cant stop server to delete old version as think variable/doveman using server.
Will have to do it later? Actually here is the updated version if someone can do it as i have to disappear for an hr 8)
