Can be achieved with 10-15 players.
Needs a proper ending and some tweaks feel free!
Knows issues:
1. Intro enemy helos don't go disappear
2. Kinda lineal due to show/hide, can be disabled dunno about server performance.
3. No task genereators.
4. No ending.

I must say cydon, ive never seen anyone design a mission for 30 players 8)

well give it a go. with 15 people it will be ok. it's for the greek arma community I design our stuff
