It's in closed beta now so will hopefully be available soon and will work with DX8-11.2 and even OpenGL. ;D

In the meantime, I finally managed to get SweetFX working with ArmA3 by using RadeonPro and the download from here http://www.overclock.net/t/1485750/how-t...indows-8-1 which uses the core files from SFX 1.4 and the shaders from 1.5.
