How do you run in safe mode? F8 doesnt work


edit: supposed to tap F8, not press and hold as the damn MS support page says  :


I installed Intel drivers.


I booted in Safe Mode and used DDU's 'Clean and Restart' option (the app doesnt look like anything like that picture in the link).


PC restarted itself and hanged in the GIGABYTE logo pic (didnt load Windows).


I reset it, installed nvidia driver, restart, run ArmA, same crash.

I think reseating the GPU fixed it, I did that and played a full round of Insurgency vs AI and ran ArmA3 for 15 mins without crash.
