Comrades in Arms Discussion Board

This is a guide I wrote for CUP concerning porting of vehicles. I thought it might be interesting for others as well, as a reference, and if you find the instructions understandable, maybe it will prompt you to join the effort. This is a first draft only, so I would welcome any feedback.make sense out of it.

The sample data, found here, has to be extracted to P:\CUP\WheeledVehicles

That'll be nice to post to BIS forums once ready and also put a "Please help CUP effort" kind of post to point out the positive of getting this done the right way for the community.
