We are moving to a new group chat since our old group chat still uses old Skype P2P technology that may affect everybody's performance and bandwidth usage. All members of the old group chat have been added to the new group, but if you still don't see a group chat labeled as "New CiA Chat" click the big fat Skype icon on our Contact Us page.
In order to turn off notifications (recommended) use the dialog in "Conversation > Notification Setting".
Also make sure to upgrade Skype to the latest version! "Help > Check for Updates".
