Something I noticed that occurs (and I'm also guilty of) is when we're stationary/tactical and another squad member crosses through your line of fire. Now I know sometimes it cannot be avoided or its difficult to see multiple angles, but if you see another member in a tactical view (ie, weapon drawn and looking through sights), try not to go through their line of fire, instead go behind that person. Even if you're not in a firefight, by crossing someones line of fire when in tactical, its possible you can get shot due to friendly fire. If you need to cross, just mention it by advising in direct chat.

Indeed. When you must cross line of fire, activate mk4, and call out the name of the unit you are crossing in local voice.

Also, some of our players who are accustomed to PvP games have a tendency of performing constant hectic movements. That increases dramatically the chances of LOF crossing (and regardless, gets on everybody's nerves). Please avoid that.
