Since we often got this problem: Sometimes, YouTube links work, sometimes, they don't. In theory, they should all work, but in theory, theory is like practice, but in practice it isn't.
One safe way to post links is as follows: If you found a video on You Tube, click the "share" link. This will show you a link in the form:
Copy and paste that link simply into your posting, verbatim, no hotlink or anything. It will correctly embed the video
