A group of anti Putin anarchists had hijacked the station at the lumber mill and took some hostages. They've been a pain in Putin's♥♥♥♥♥for a good while. They've stole a large amount of weaponry, static emplacements, and damaged many of Putin's trade deals and oil deals. They captured some journalists as hostages and are demanding hostages for weapons and funding. Ironically, these terrorists are pro West and anti Putin anyways so Putin can care less about them. The terrorists had gather all their weapons and a large amount of their troops in the lumber mill so they'll be easy to take out in one blow.

Unfortunately, our bomber planes and helicopters aren't ready to attack the terrorists before they disperse and this is our only chance in taking out the terrorists in one blow. The hostages might die in the process and Russia might look bad in the media. It'll be a bonus to save the hostages, but they're not a priority.

Bear 1-1 and Bear 1-2 Vityaz squads are the closest to the area to take out the terrorists. The terrorists have a few guards outside the lumber mill to call their friends to intercept any convoy on the way to the lumber mill. They must be taken out so Putin can send his gifts of RPGs with many anti personnel rockets and Bizon to clear out the lumber mill. You must take out the guards before they radio their friends for Putin to send you his gifts.

- If started in singleplayer, numbers of enemy reinforcements will be reduced and you'll only have 1 squad.
- Optional low player count mode also reduce number of enemy reinforcements and remove other squad.

Yay! A new Phantom mission, and just in the right player count. Sounds great, looking forward to playing it.
Updated mission 
- Moved enemy units & hostages out of 2 non-enterable rooms
- Changed disableAI "Move" to disableAI "Path"
I moved the mission to the top of the 12 player slot, to make sure I won't miss it the next coop night.
Updated Serve from the USSR

- Added public variables to detection so hopefully its sync across all clients
- Added scale indoor static MG parameter which is enable by default

- Hopefully the hint that phone call is going to be made appears first before detection happen now.
- That one MG guard won't run away from his post anymore so hopefully you guys can get Putin's delivery

- Patrols at the entrance are now set to SAFE so HOPEFULLY you guys won't get detected this time (just don't get too close and get spotted).
