Maurice Lejeune, the head of the Lejeune Cartel, is on Tanoa. His iron fist rulership over the cartel is what keeps the underbosses from going for each other's throats. In order to destabilize the cartel, NATO command has decided it is time to take Maurice out of the picture, and let the drug bosses butcher each other.
This is a two-phase operation. HUMINT places a small satellite uplink post in the jungle north of the sawmill. Your teams are to eliminate this post for phase 1. In Phase 2, all three teams move on the sawmill and take out Lejeune.
