After a bloody coup d'état in Malden, IDAP is currently offering assistance to the civilians ravaged by the insurgency. Even though the insurgency was officially declared over, remants of the rebels have attacked La Riviére and taken hostages.
Four SWAT teams of the Malden Gendarmerie are brought in to deal with the thread.
