The year is 2035. Tanoa is still in a state of crisis amid the Covid-19 outbreak, while the rest of the world is recovering. Local militia forces and a bunch of disorganized armed civilians supporting them attack the police headquarters to eliminate the corrupt head police captain and steal a fresh shipment of overpriced IDAP toilet paper from the supermarket.

- Added ambient civilians staying inside their homes during curfew hours
- Unlocked police trucks
- Added flashlights to some loadouts that had compatible weapons
