Hello comrades

There was a suggestion by the MM to add a jungle map and as Verstanden offered - "we could have a 2-month cycle. add a map to the modset. after one month next map to be added is announced. after 2-month-old map is removed and a new map is added. rinse and repeat. If the experience on the map was really well received it could also get added permanently. This would keep things fresh for the players and the cycle gives mission makers some time to use the map for their creations".

For now, candidates are (if any other suggestion, please share):
1. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...=878119643
2. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...2084904847
3. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...earchtext=

If you don't like this idea, for any reason, you'll get the option to vote option num 4, which is basically - not.

When you choose one, please share your pros and cons. It's important
Thanks!
My choice is this one:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...2084904847

Pros:
Huge jungle (which is the main purpose), flat surface so you can hide terrain objects and build whatever you want.
rivers, towns
Small size map.

Cons:
Some buildings seem unrelated at all, like Sahrani buildings. Not a deal breaker but a weird thing to have there.
Changelog of the map showed minor changes in assets, which is not that good but also very rare.

Sum up:
For jungle missions, It's yes for me
also voted for N'ziwasogo
My vote is N'zuwasogo.
For a pure jungle map I think Song Bin Tanh looks best.
Why not just include them both (of these which have any votes)? Easier to manage for maintainers and players both. If they are not insanely large in size.

Wait, what exactly is easier to manager for maintainers (i.e. me) with two maps compared to one map ? There is a difference between keeping one map updated vs two, so I absolutely don't get the "easier" part.
I don't know, I assumed they are not updated that frequently? Just an idea, feel free to throw it away Smile
