I have a few questions regarding TS2.
1. How can I give my server a constant IP without paying Cashmoney?(I am cheap)

2. What settings should I use in order to get the best use? My current configuration allows me to speak and be heard, but all others are sqeaks and garble.

More to follow on the Q&A once I configure may settings and new problems occur.

Constant IP is not possible, but a real name with dynamic IP is possible.

Look at http://www.no-ip.com or http://www.dtdns.com. Also tools for updating IP can be found there.

I send you my TS2 server settings per mail, so you can look what is wrong or not.
