Yeah, I threw the pin and dropped the grenade...
But really I dont know what happened, I was throwing a hand grenade, not the grenade launcher (it was empty no ammo), as I went through the throwing action with my arm the grenade just exploded. Only thing I can think of it was something to do with that launcher on my back and lying prone...
