How much memory do you have? I had similar issues before my upgrade, now it works better since I have 8 gigs in my machine. I think Arma 3 has a memory leak.

8Gb DDR3, flushing doesn't help.

Weird.. I definitely had that issue too, things slowed down to a crawl, flushing didn't work. I had to restart Arma 3 from time to time. With the new system it's mostly gone... How much memory on the graphics card?

Interesting, I haven't had this issue and I have 12 GB of RAM.  Not saying it's not a memory leak, but I haven't noticed any slowdown over time so far.
