Are missions that are updates/revised/changes played again? I want to know whether i should make new versions of old missions

Only if the change is significant to the point that it will justify playing the mission again despite having other fresh missions to choose from. So, bran new missions are preferable.

Typically on CiA we don't replay old missions (unless someone decides to throw a nostalgia night one day I guess) or if its something like cleansweep infinity, Lost Squad, CSAR Jolly Green where its a different experience each time based on randomized location and etc.

Typically good 2 player missions are played more than twice too around the end of a coop night if there's anyone who is still up (I'd like to fix a list up for my own personal use some time to sort out the decent or good stuff from the crappy stuff. There's a handful of 2 player missions I thought were awful or broken.

It has VAS but im not sure it has respawn.

I'm pretty sure it has respawn. It's more of a game mode than an actual mission, and we don't play those on CiA.
