Foggy Mountain - Varanon - 10-30-2016 (FHQ) Foggy Mountain September, 7, and foggy as can be. Autumn comes early this year. I always loved this season, when the heat of the summer recedes and the weather grows cooler. The sunlight is just a very special kind of golden in fall. This year might be the last autumn I will ever see. No longer will we accept the oppression of the socialist regime. We were one kingdom once, and we shall be again, whether I live to see another autumn or not. We move out at five in the morning. The sun isn't up yet, but it's already daylight, and the fog will mask our approach. Our target is the castle ruin atop Alcazar. We can not yet directly attack SLA, but we have the power to attack their goons, their paramilitaries. And we will. After that, we retreat, away from the camp, and double back the long way round, to shake off any pursuit. It may be my last autumn, but I will make sure I won't be the only one who will never see another one.
