This is how it looks like on my end. The top entry for ACRE says "from Folk" because that's how I named the folder from step 1.

I had a weird problem with "Import". The button is greyed out and I cannot use it.
Here's what I did instead:
- Download the web page directly to your local disk
- Press "...MORE" on top of the mod list and select "Import List of Mods from a file"
- Load the html page you saved previously.
