You need to have FDF mod to be able to join. The way our recruiting works is maybe somewhat different to other clans. First of all we look at what kind of person he is and if he fits the CiA standards it doesn't really matter how skilled he is. This process takes a longer time than to just check his skills. The other really important part is his gamestyle. You have to be able to work with the team and follow the orders of the leader of the mission. We don't have any ranks in the clan so anyone can be the leader but once the mission has started the leader outranks everyone.
