SOG: Stranded Mountain Savages (CO08) - Phantom - 05-11-2023

July 22, 1968

Australian SAS team arrive at Bolar Gier Hot with 2 indigenous scouts. Lost, hungry, and tired on an undercover operation behind enemy lines in harsh weather on on a boat. We lost contact with HQ at this point, but our operation was to scout for hidden VC activities far out on the island and report back to HQ. We can’t report back to HQ at this point because our radio is broken.

After some rigorous rock climbing and finding some information about layouts of Bolar Gier Hot, we discovered 4 mortars and a weapon cache there. We can be professionals and blow them up although at this point it is not our primary objective as we are scouts, but we should steal a boat and start heading south back to base. We can let the Americans know that we are Australian soldiers hijacking an enemy gunboat once we re-established friendly radio signals.

Updated mission:

* Add more grenades for everyone
* Gave everyone (except sniper) red flashlights
* Remove flare launcher for medic
* Gave more blood for medic in ACE
* Increase enemy gunboat fleet reinforcement time by 5 minutes
