I guess we all had our share of back problems when we got older, but luckily, mine never got so severe that the limited my activities.
All the best, dove man!
Thanks Varanon, I guess it's payback time for bunking off PE when I was at school to hang out with my asthmatic mate who was exempted on account of his asthma
Really though, it's probably just due to sitting down far too much and exercising far too little in the last few years. It becomes a bit of a vicious circle, as the pain can be exhausting and then the meds tend to make me very tired and then it's hard to exercise. I've found that if I just eat breakfast and dinner and don't eat in between, I have a lot more energy as my bodies not constantly digesting food, so I'm slowly getting into a routine of doing the list of exercises I got from the physio last time I saw her. I've been referred back to see her again now but with the state of our health service at the moment, there's a long waiting list and she'll probably only give me the same exercises to do anyway, so I might as well get on with them whilst I'm waiting.
