Hey Doveman, it may be too much for your current state, but you might try out Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) once you get better.

I chose it because it's simple, short (well, depending how many times you do it) and it works the whole body. I do it every morning 12 times, just to avoid becoming a wheelchair guy, considering my PC time. Once I had a 90 minute long yoga schedule, but I know myself enough, that I wouldn't be consistent with any exercise that lasts more than half an hour.
