Thanks kutya. I do find it hard to spend a lot of time exercising as I'm constantly thinking of other things I need or want to do and I really have to force myself to carry on. So that sounds like it might be really suitable for me
I don't know much about yoga but I have read it's really good for back problems and building up core strength, so I will investigate it.
