This album is great. Listened to it all today, and I rarely enjoy full albums.

Yeah the new album kicks ass! The full album is available on spotify, so I got to enjoy it at work. Smile

Yup, still alive. Big Grin

Yes they are from Finland. Smile Really like their style, the song keeps changing styles the whole way through, keeps it interesting. This album actually had more than 2 guys playing on it. The band first consisted only the drummer and the singer. The singer guy did all the song writing, all the guitars, bass and keyboards.

It took them 6 years to make the second album when they had 2 more guys on board, which is a bit weird. But the main guy is known to be a perfectionist so guess it was kinda hard to have other people play instruments the way you would. Smile

I was actually planning on joining tonight. But had a change of plans and I'm not home at the moment. Well next time then. Smile

Nice song, but I can't stand the vocals... Just too "default"  I guess (and I can't stand grunting, ever)

Some more progressive stuff from me:

Nice one too rundll....
About grunting: There are some examples, where i think it just fits perfect, for example Tiamats Wildhoney is perfect grunting in my opinion.

Pete Steel wasnt bad either, although you can say its more shouting maybe:

Oh yeah, now we're talking!

Type O Negative, one of my favorite bands of all times. Don't think a week has gone by since I first heard October rust album in 1996 that I haven't listened to some Type O. Smile

Peter had one of the most amazing singing voices that I've heard. Range of his voice is pretty amazing.

Enough we that metal music! Here's something different, yet properly Scandinavian.

Another one from Pearl Jam's new album. Such a great song.
