BRIEFING
Our company was deployed to the village of Kvilda to contain insurgent operations in the area. Since our arrival Kvilda has been shelled daily by mortars. The suspected location of the mortar positions is around the hill nicknamed "The Shrine". In order to strengthen our position in the area and prevent further harm to the civilian population of Kvilda we have to drive the enemy off this vantage point.
SITUATION
Enemy Forces:
Enemy insurgents are dug in around the Shrine which is an enemy stronghold in the area. Recon indicates that the enemy has deployed a force of about company strength on and around the hill.
Long range observation could not reveal the exact location of the mortar position(s) which means that they are likely to be located west of the Shrine in a reverse slope position.
Friendly Forces:
1 Infantry Platoon:
 - HQ team (Callsign Command)
 - Alpha squad (Callsign Alpha)
 - Bravo squad (Callsign Bravo)
 - Weapons squad (Callsign Charlie)
 - Mortar team (Callsign Delta)
The platoon is staged at the FUP north-east of the main objective.
{b]MISSION[/b]
- Seize objective Keyhole, a small hill east of the Shrine.
- Seize main objective the Shrine.
- Destroy enemy mortar positions in the AO.
- Consolidate and dig in for possible counter attacks.
EXECUTION
Company Commander's Intent:
To have the Shrine cleared of enemy forces and mortar positions destroyed.
Movement Plan:
At PltCo's discretion.
Fire Support Plan:
At PltCo's discretion.
Tasks:
Ensure enemy mortar positions are destroyed or disabled.
SERVICE/SUPPORT
Support:
Mi-24 Gunship (Callsign Ghost 1) is on station for CAS request. PltCo can call it in via radio.
Resupply:
Additional mortar ammunition is stashed at the FUP.

All squad leaders, the PltCo and FO have to be channel commanders. All other players may be channel commander too if you want to HEAR the command chatter but you should NOT TALK as Channel Commander unless you are a Squad Leader or the FO.
All please map a key to change channel in TS, to become Channel Commander and to speak as Channel Commander or make sure you can safely Alt-Tab out of the game and back to change said TS settings.
