That's going to be a monster machine... and a monster bill. It's more than enough to run Arma2.
After changing motherboard, all looks good.
SSD is worth buying as your OS drive, it gives nice boost for Windows. Not so sure about Arma2. I am currently running it on SSD, but haven't experienced much difference when compared to regular HDD. On the other hand, some users report that it helps with their LOD issues. If you plan to put Arma2 and Windows on the same SSD, you should go with ~60-80GB size.
At least pick two 1TB disks instead of one big 2TB, gives you some extra security. Make sure you don't rely your whole system on a single physical disk.
