That's a monster; how much do you plan to spend on a ArmA 2 gaming station?Â
I agree with Misha, get a bigget PSU (=<750W?) and in your part of the worl I would suggest a heavy cooling system, I recommend water-cooling, save you a lot of noise.
SSD will for sure boost ArmA 2 but all medals have a back-side, SSD come with a price tag But 60-80 GB would be enough for your OS and ArmA 2, the rest you can put on other disks. Dunno if 64 MB cache on SATA2-drives will give you more than a more expensive system, 32 MB is enough, but if I had unlimited founds I would go for two 1 TB SATA3 disks. I would strongly recomend 2 identical monitors if you plan to run dual-view, saves you a lot of trouble.
But main thing is, we look forward to see you in ArmA 2, remember to buy combined operations, NOT FROM STEAM!!!!
