lol, I've pretty much only played the same games as you Alwarren, with the exception of IL-2 (I'm not really into WW2 flight sims, too damn hard to hit anything!) and I haven't really done much with Falcon BMS except learn how to start it up (and I've probably forgotten that now but I'm planning to focus on it more than DCS once I get time for flight simming again, as I do like the idea of the immersive campaign, which DCS lacks).
I'm sure I was able to play Enemy Engaged when I was younger but I find it quite confusing now, which is a bit weird when I can get my head round DCS! Need to study that manual again, as it is great fun once you get the hang of it and is surprisingly good considering it's age (it's still being actively modded as well, which only makes it better).
I've think I've got Close Combat and Combat Mission somewhere (not sure which versions) but I've not had time to get into them yet.
Oh, yeah. I got Silent Hunter III and IV in a sale on gamersgate last year. I gave III to my Dad as I thought he might enjoy it and it's meant to be the better one (although not everyone agrees and PC Gamer reckon IV's better) but I might play IV myself one day.
