Comrades, during Thursday coop nights, AKA Thursday Night Special, we will play what the participating players would like to play. We can choose one of the following:
- Arma 3
- ACE and CiA addons
- Regular CWR2 and CiA addons

I find it very hard to find missions for all the popular islands out there (Lingor, Aliabad region, Hazar Kot and others) that do not require ACE. I will appreciate help in searching...

As well as what has been posted above by Variable about the two missing files that every one must get and put into there CAA1 Addons folder along with the other PBO files.
I was testing CAA1 with Setup on the server to make sure everything will run smoothly for friday, We have come across a addon called @OAC .

What is the OAC core addon?
The OAC core is an addon to make OFP and ArmA I missions playable in ArmA II without modifications.
It also makes ArmA I community addons as well as CAA1 playable in ArmA II.
So as you can see instead of having to find missions ported over for ARMA2 you can get them directly from the source which expands the amount of missions available for are use. In addition this makes CAA1 Fully compatible with ARMA2.

Thanks Setup and Gary! How are we to install the OAC addon? Just like any other addon?

Thanks Horus! About the littlebird requirement - Can you make a version of the mission that uses vanilla (Arrowhead's) little birds? I don't see much difference from the one on this addon, which seems hard to install on the server. The mission was made prior to Arrowhead, and I guess that's why they needed an addon in the first place... now that we have vanilla LB's I don't see the point in having these LBs... Let us know if you can, and a big thank you!

OAC is installed like any addon, and run together with CAA1.
Another (probably discussed) idea for Friday's Testing Nights (a.k.a. "FTN" ...duh
is playing with A.C.E. , without A.C.R.E. , just to make things simpler.
As known, it has way more missions potential on more islands, and it changes the gameplay tactics and behavior to a more realistic standard (you cannot run forever for example...).
It's up to us to keep the balance of realism and fun, and not turn it into a burden.

CAA1 download is very slow for me, it will take 8 hours. Is there any alternative link or torrent?
Misha unfortunately CAA1 has been removed from the Six updater mod list, and this is the only other link i know of to get better speed...
When i talked to Setup yesterday he said he know a trick or something to get better speed for CAA1 i think it took him 20 mins or less to download, I would send him a PM and ask.

- @OAC Mod Which can be found in a file i attached to one of my Post above.
So just run these mods with CBA and all the other client side mods you may run and you are good to go.
