Bomberman 3 updated on the server

-Alpha marksman now has GM6 Lynx with limited ammo and the officer has a rangefinder and Mk18.
-view distance upped to 2km
-lowered the enemy count at FOB by 15 or so
-changed the way reinforcements are handled (no longer spawned, but exist from start)

edit: Also updated Bitter Memories on Utes, bug fixing and redone loadouts (since classnames changed).
