Just get an Arctic Xtreme to stick on whatever card you get if you're worried about temperatures http://www.arctic.ac/en/p/cooling/vga.html

That's what I've got on my 6950 and it stays around 45c, even overclocked, with the fan at 50% and is practically inaudible as well Smile You can normally save a bit of money by getting a card with a basic, noisy, cooler rather than a supposedly quiet one (which I always find rather noisy regardless) seeing as you're going to replace it anyway Wink
Ok, my server is up.
It's not much in hardware (2Ghz dual core, 2GB ram), but It should be able to hold 5-10 people. At least it's on a 100Mbit line.

Feel free to test it. There aren't many missions on it yet, but I'll add FTP access soon, you can put up your own favorites.

Filter for comrades, and use the credentials identical to our A2 server.
Great! I'll send all the coop missions I gathered to you? I still need to rename them to fit our naming format. I can do it during this afternoon and we should be all set.

I got ArmA3 Alpha this afternoon and took the opportunity to register here at last.

Will you guys be doing A3 coop nights or are we hanging onto A2 for now? Because the release hype last week made it sound like everyone jumped ship. :p
We did/do play some Arma 3 on Fridays. Finding missions is currently a bit of an issue still, since there is a lot of them and a lot of them plainly suck.
I'm working on that :p

Still need to get my head around some features, but I'm guessing the way I do missions in ArmA2 should still work.
Are they meant to look so.... right out the factory clean?

They dont even look like they have been in a transport plane.
And the funny part, the one type of vehicle that SHOULDN'T have dust on it, has it: the rubber boat.
In 2035 everyone uses this, on everything: [url=

True. My point exactly regarding future warfare will be BORING.
Bring on the October '73 scenario for Arma 4!

Is it me or did they reuse the Russian truck from ArmA2?

Not only that.. the Kamaz is now called Zamak... that's just lame Smile
Well I am a bit dissapointed that even green faction has this futuristic vehicles. I hoped for something like true guerilla in the spirit of Greek resistance forces in ww2. Still waiting for a proper resistance army since OFP. NAPA and Chedaki just lacked charisma.
